Usage and device information — app interactions, feature usage, crash or diagnostic logs, and basic device details to keep the service reliable and accessible.

2. How We Use Your Information

Provide core ReVision features such as object identification, document reading, navigation, and voice assistance
Authenticate your account and maintain your preferences

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) where supported.
4. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as needed to operate ReVision and for the purposes described in this policy. Our retention practices are:
Account information (name, email, organization): kept while your account is active and for up to 12 months after account deletion to complete deletion requests, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.
Camera images, photos, and raw audio: processed in real time to answer your requests. We do not permanently store camera frames, uploaded photos, or raw voice recordings on our servers after processing is complete.
Location data: used during active navigation sessions. We do not maintain a long-term location history on our servers; any short-term operational logs are kept for up to 90 days, then deleted or anonymized.
Usage, analytics, and diagnostic logs: retained for up to 90 days for security, troubleshooting, and service improvement, then deleted or anonymized.
Data stored on your device (preferences, local conversation or history caches): remains on your device until you clear app data, uninstall the app, or use in-app deletion options where available.
Support and contact messages: retained for up to 24 months so we can respond to you and maintain support records.
When you request deletion, we aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.
